Put the tray in the oven and leave it for ten minutes, then remove it from the oven, and pour a little water in it, to make it easier to remove the macarons from it. Put the powdered sugar and almond powder in an electric mixer, sift the mixture to get rid of the solid pieces, divide the mixture into two parts, and mix the raspberry jam with the first section, and mix the strawberry jam with the second section. Grease the flat piece of macarons with the filling, and cover it with another piece, and repeat this process until the amount of macarons is finished, and then serve

How to prepare

Pour the mixture into a bowl, let it cool down, and stir from time to time so that it cools faster. Cover the tray with parchment paper, and heat the oven over a high temperature. Spread a little flour on a flat surface, spread the puff dough on it, into one roll, put it in the tray, make holes in it using a fork, put it in the oven for half an hour, take it out of it, and leave it until it cools. Place the dough on a flat surface, and cut it into three longitudinal sections, each about 10 cm long. Grease a layer of the dough with custard, cover it with another layer of the dough, and then spread it with jam, and also cover it with a layer of the dough, sprinkle it with a little sugar, and cut it into equal pieces and serve
