How to store okra. Okra is bought in medium or small size, and it is preferable to stay away from large and hard. We wash the kernels well, then begin by clustering them, taking care not to show the seeds. Put the okra in boiling water, with a little salt, on the stove, for five minutes. A handful of coriander leaves, finely chopped. Half a liter of meat broth. A tablespoon of vegetable oil. Pinch of salt. A teaspoon of spices. Preparation: Put the lentils in a saucepan, then boil them with meat broth and water, over medium heat. Cut the okra into rings after washing it, and add it to the lentils so that it can climb with it. Add salt and spices to the lentils and okra, and stir together. Add the onion and garlic to the lentils and okra, and leave the mixture on low heat, and serve hot
